If I keep the camera connected I can reboot several times and I still
have the same issue.
I need to power off the camera, in order to get it stable.
Has I remember in older Ubuntu kernels, upgrading the  driver also
fixed  it,
maybe because I needed to rmmod/modprobe to get the new driver loaded. ;-)
