en cherchant "debian mirror gimp", tu trouveras ton mirroir préféré pour télécharger le package GIMP que tu cherches; Sur http://ftp.u-picardie.fr/mirror/debian/pool/main/g/gimp1.3/, j'ai trouvé GIMP-1.3 avec une traduction francaise, mais je ne sais pas du tout comment activer cette traduction francaise.
