This idea of open letter pleases me anyhow. I understood that you sent it to Apple Comp. Maybe it could be an idea to sent it as well to the European Union. For what I understood, iPod users are now forced to use Apple softs. This situation remains me the trial of microsoft because of their media player. Maybe Apple is creating itself an illegal monopole as well.
