The 3G nano also seems to have a 9x9 mm chip, also. But keep in mind that this
datasheet might have been given to the developers pre-production and design
details like that may have been changed. On the iPodLinux IRC, I was talking
with davidc (I believe this was his name), and he told me he had access to
electron microscopes and wanted to attatch an FPGA to debug the RAM. He might
even have access to a high resolution X-ray machine, too. I will have to talk
with him to tell him about the datasheet and ask him about his plans. I also
found the "Survey on the practical" article to be very interesting. They seem
to hint at all the attacks the iPods and iPhones have recieved, and the article
seems to have been written during late 2007 or early 2008. If this was just
released at that time, only the 4G Nano, 2G iPod Touch, and 3G iPhone could be
using this security.
