This is probably a bug, but I have no idea how to fix it. I use the
IBM-3477-FC terminal type so I can switch between 80 and 132 column mode.
(132 is far better for things like SEU.) In 0.15.5, when I enter 132
column mode, he screen draws before the xterm has a chance to resize, thus
leaving only the first 80 columns of the screen visible. This isn't major
problem, since all I need to do is cause a screen redraw to get the rest
visible, and I'm not sure how to fix it, since I know of no way to get
feedback from the xterm on when it's done resizing, but I figured I'd
report it for future reference, if nothing else.
