ncurses5 is out?  Since when?  I'll have to take a looksie.

I really have to take a look, there were other keys that we had to do the
kludge-map thing for.  We may even want to retrofit the terminal types in
the package with the current xterm terminfo/Linux terminfos if those really
are sufficient.
