Its the correct file.... _IF_ you're using tn5250 in an xterm via the
xt5250 shell script!   

If you're calling tn5250 directly from your xterm, you'd want to change it
in your ~/.Xdefaults file.  

If you're in "console mode" running tn5250, you'll need to change the
"us5250.map or uk5250.map" (or whatever you use) under Linux or the
us.5250.kbd (or whatever you use) under FreeBSD.   

Fair warning:  Changing things in console mode affects all of your console
virtual sessions -- not just the one running tn5250!
