Yes. A file that demonstrates the problem is as simple as:
A R TESTDFUR
A FIELDA 1A
[...]

I just meant fields where I have to enter something in every
position, like the file above. If I use UPDDTA on this
file, then enter a character in FIELDA, the FER indicator
turns on. Then when I press Field Exit, the field gets
cleared. It should be left as is.
