Hmmm... wouldn't that just be a matter of setting up lpd on the Linux
box, and configuring /etc/printcap on the HP to send to the Linux machine
as a remote printer?
You'll have to excuse me if I'm way off base :) I rarely use Linux,
mostly FreeBSD... and I've never used HP9000... :) but, since they're
all based on UNIX, I'd think that the lpr/lpd/printcap would be your
solution?
