Nero has a special,  somewhat obscure setting for burning ISO's.

It says something like 'burn an image', but then you have to change the 
file selection box as well, so that it can 'see' *.iso images, as 
opposed to the Nero default, which only permits you to see images with 
Nero's proprietary file extension.
