If you're using ubuntu, it should be easy, assuming our setups our similar. 

Wherever you have your FreeSpire ISO stored (your desktop, your home folder, 
etc.), just right click on the file in the nautilus file manager or if it's 
shown on your desktop, simply right click the file on your desktop.  There 
should be a context menu item that reads 'write to disc'.  Click on that, and 
ubuntu will burn the iso to a disc appropriately.  You should then be able to 
boot from your Freespire disc.
