Hello,
   
  I read in the latest Linux Format magazine that one guy had that told to him 
when he returned his laptop for repair at the English store PC WORLD.  
Therefore, I was curious how our Reno CompUSA stood on this.  I was told, "yes 
it's true, but our Tech Shop is nicer...they will re-image the Computer before 
sending it in for repair or replacement."  So, back up your computer before you 
take it in for warranty work.
