Unfortunately Dell didn't see fit to use a tray. No external volume control, which pisses me off, and no "cup-holder". If my 'shiba had more RAM and a larger HD I'd have no prob with junking the Dell. Maybe it's worth two weeks of income to have it repaired. Hell, it would be a good excuse to bump up the memory a bit and possibly even replace the soundcard as well. Any suggestions on a killer soundcard? Mark
