Problem 1:Update Pangolin to Quantal and Update/Upgrade
Mo Jan 07 15:33:48 2013 Good afternoon Thank You for help. > because Linux is case sensitive, isnt it? People tend to say that because the shells (bash, csh, zsh, etc.) are case sensitive, where as MS-DOS wasn't. Other places in GNU/Linux case sensitivity can be toggled, or ignored entirely. So the correct answer unfortunately is, it depends. * Thank You. Next question is nearly the same maybe the answer is "it depends" also. How long are file names in Linux? I tried thisisthenameofthefileandIcanreadit.txt But then I tried to burn DVD and always there is an error. Then I packed all files to t123.zip and the burning is going well. Is the best way to name t1234567.txt or t1234567.jpg and to avoid to name files like thisisthenameofthefileandIcanreadit.txt Regards Sophie ------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from this list, please email [email protected] & you will be removed.Yahoo!
