Actually we (SiS) have done that partially. We demostrated mp3play on ALS.
It will not that hard to add the cdplay etc to it.

You need to have any M/B with 630 + 950 + 32 DIP.

DoC is avaliable in 32DIP and 32 TSOP. TSOP means not for your hacking
stuff.
As far as I know, there is no other company making stuff like DoC.

I just did some test that we can support every device on 630 and 950.
(yes, LAN, VGA, Audio, IDE, Floppy, Com, LPT etc. etc. you name it).
