Levi, can you do an /sbin/ifconfig on eth0 and send the output. 

Also from linux do a ping to the broadcast address and see what
happens. Also cat /proc/interrupts. 

For the other folks on this list: for SC 2000 I got around all these
problems in a really gross way. I simply jammed a register in the
southbridge to a fixed value, and the eth0 worked. I know there are
"right" ways to do this, but there is a wrong way that will work for Levi,
except ... it's not.
