Skimming through grub I can definitely see issues with using
it under LinuxBIOS. Skimming it my gut says it makes a very
good boot menu and possibly not a lot else.

So for the first line bootloader for LinuxBIOS grub doesn't seem
to be worth it. For a bootmenu that is loaded later I think I see
some potential. Especially since most x86 linux distributions already
support grub. LinuxBIOS support would become almost trivial.

So I am probably going to take a stab at it. But I have to admit
the more I look at grub the less configurable it feels. The backend
of grub feels quite flexible, but the rest I really don't know.
