L440GX+

The cl_gd5480 framebuffer now works on the L440GX+.  I've submitted my
patches to Ron, he'll CVS update.

To get it to work, we had to turn the card on (outl(0x8000a004,
0xcf8) and outb(0x03, 0xcfc)), then the keyboard on (we copied over old
code that did this), then compile the kernel for a framebuffer and
console.

The cl_gd5480 seems to have a pretty fast framebuffer.
