Ok I know that intel type boards have a different bios structure, but what do you think about open firmware and is there room for improvement. Would linux bios have a place inplace of open firmware. I only ask this because I'm interested in Linbios, but am a long time mac user (and an intel/ppc linux user). I know that open firmware is not just relegated to mac systems, but used on other system as well.
