Architecture has some control how all of this happens, but I admit
it isn't a huge determining factor.

I'd say about you only get a second or two before you start getting
single bit errors. If you can put the RAM in a self-refresh mode it
should last some longer.

It will be interesting to see if we can do anything with this. This
is very dangerous teritory to go into though. One mistake and you are likely
to loose more than with exisiting systems.
