The 694 is very similar to the 8601. So what I would do to help you: The actual part is 694? I will make a northbridge/via/vt694 directory for you, and populate it with the files we have. Then if you can tell me what mainboard it is, I will make you a mainboard directory. Then you can tell me the superios etc. on the board. I'll set that up. Then I'll send you a config file that will build a linuxbios build tree. At the end of this you will be in a position to start building and testing linuxbios on your mainboard, and you can fix the northbridge code. ron
