I'll concur on this. I've been buying from them for about 4 years now.
I have tried several 'real' resellers for the parts I use as well as
other discount vendors, and have always come back to MWave just because
the prices are competitive (though a little higher than some wholesale
distributors) and they are extremely reliable about shipping on time,
handling returns without hassle or delay, and answering stock questions
quickly. It just isn't worth it to me to save three dollars on a part
and have it arrive three days late--or have to fill out a mountain of
paperwork to return a defective part.

Everything that I don't get direct from Gigabyte these days (which means
all CPUs, drives, RAM, media, etc.) comes from MWave. And even before I
was buying $5,000+ in parts in a month, they treated me extremely well.
I've literally never had a complaint about the service I've received
in probably 75 orders or so that I've made over those 4 years. They
just do a great job.

A bit off-topic, I know, but I'm very excited about MWave. ;-)
