hi again, well i'm not sure if it's the _ that is causing the problem, but the fact is, if the language id have an _ and you select the option Automatic language selection, Linuxconf tries to load the language "something_COUNTRY" just like "something" my example: lang is pt_BR Can't load dictionnary file /usr/lib/linuxconf/help.pt/netadm... and there is a dir /usr/lib/linuxconf/help.pt_BR !! this error occour everytime i call linuxconf and on the boot/shutdown processes, well, everytime linuxconf is in action. ah! and i can't install de messages too using the installmsg.sh : make: *** No rule to make target `msg.pt_BR/'. Stop. make: *** No rule to make target `msgmod.pt_BR/'. Stop. make: *** No rule to make target `msgmod.pt_BR/'. Stop. but if i use install-all-msg.sh, it goes fine. now i remember why i used just br instead of pt_BR...
