??? there is currently 1.13r3 there with both GUI and devel. I could not
rebuild 1.13r4 in time on redhat 5.0 though. You may want to pick the
SRPM for 1.13r4 and simply do
rpm --rebuild linuxconf-1.13r4-1.src.rpm
rpm -U /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/linuxconf*1.13r4*rpm
