In order to compile successfuly I had to do plain installation of RedHat 5.0 (no
patches no kernel upgrades) and then indeed it compiled out of the box in case
someone needs them you can find the build at
ftp://ftp.inetlan.com/pub/linuxconf-1.13r4-RH-5.0
