Yep. This is a flaw I want to address. Most of the code is there now to
handle that in linuxconf itself, but the GUI front-end does not support
that yet.

I will have to investigate this one. Sounds like this is a bug in the GUI
front-end

A user menu is just a collection of entry point (sub-menu selections). You
are given a dialog with lots of checkbox (one for each selectable menu
entry in linuxconf). You check the one you want, you give a name to the
configuration and there you have a usermenu.

You can enter it from the html interface (other entry points) or by using
the command line

        linuxconf --modulemain usermenu "name of the menu"
