Linuxconf already provide alt text for buttons. This has appeared some
time ago. Which version are you using ? Maybe I am missing something.
Which dialog does not generate a proper alt sequence ?
As far as I can see, linuxconf is usable with lynx (1.13r8) (could look
better maybe).
