I rather doubt it. 1.13r10 is the last version on the primary
Linuxconf FTP site, ftp.solucorp.qc.ca, dated 10 December 1998.
Please check carefully what the Linuxconf main menu says at the top
when you run
linuxconf --text
as root. Mine says Linuxconf 1.13 (subrev 10).
