Hello Everybody,
There is one question, that I do not think we talked
about it.
On this list, we all know more or less well what is
Linux and hopefully why we like it.
The "Demo Day" is for people not familliar (yet) with
Linux.
They can work for a major company or be simple end
users.
They can have a good technological background, or none
at all.
To do a simple demo of one text editor / wordprocessor
instead of ten of them is a sound decision.
But what kind of answer should we provide to someone
asking the following question :
"Why should I switch to Linux ?".
It seems obvious for all of us, but not yet for
somebody that see Linux for the first time.
At first it seem an easy one. At best a good demo
would be the answer.
What do you think ?
