You bring a good point.
Just to reminder, I did a first layout for a french
speaking page.

For example, advertiser that want to target places,
like : Quebec, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Africa,
etc. could post their add here.

It would be target oriented advertising.
Of course if IBM or HP want to put an add on every
language web site, they are welcome to do it.

We may need more language dependant pages.
I just need some help from people from others
languages.
