I am from India. I was eally surprised to learn that only 60 people are on
this mailing list! I thought it should be in the region of 60,000.

I have joined this list only a few days ago. It seems we are just trying to
give press releases and organise symposium to popularise linux. With just 15
odd active volenteer I feel we should be thinking of first expanding the
base. Why not start a movement of each member get another volenteer.
