Soliciting should be organized - for instance you don't want to go bug a
vendor who's already been contacted. Also, having done trade shows
before, I doubt that the vendors will have enough stock with them for
the expo AND to hand out to LUGs for LDD. It would probably be more
appropriate to ask them for support / free stuff for LDD, and have them
mail it out when they get back - there is going to be another month
before LDD!

p.s. Is a list of participating LUGs being made available to the
vendors, or will we be resonsible for contacting them ourselves?
