Take your time and set it up right as far as getting notice out. Even
having it at someone's house works if you get press coverage and notice to
other groups in your area. Sao Paulo is supposed to have some kickin'
cafes and other places to just hang out. I'm thinking about starting to
host installfests at a local bar because they got dsl :)

One of the things that makes Open Source so kick ass is that you release
when it's ready, not when the deadline hits.
