That's great timing (except for the weather mentioned below)! It reminds
me that if made a regular event LDD can be made part of regular Linux
advocacy at such events. The other is that if we can pull it off it
becomes a virtual SMP[1] Expo, e.g. instead of everyone going to Vegas or
Hong Kong for the Expo, the Expo goes to their local city.
