do u mean u want to see X window on your desktop (which can be linux,
windoze, mac, solaris etc) ??

You have 2 options -

1. VNC - with this u can see your linux X window setup from a windoze m/c,
another linux m/c, a Mac, a solaris etc... AND vice versa...meaning u can
see any of these desktops from any other platform. The downside is the load
on the server and network and also a single user can access an X server.

2. X emulation - This is what u need if u want to see the linux apps from
windoze. Try MI/X emulator (on the PCQ cd)
It will allow users to telnet to the linux m/c and run X apps.

ciao,
amit
