You need to edit your "/etc/lilo.conf" file ... I dont remember the exact options to use since my system is not accessible right now. But I think you should ensure that the root= entry in it should point to /dev/[device] where [device] is the correct name of the slave hard disc. Hope that helps, Sameer.
