This is a bit late. But it wasn't ot at all. I am sick of receiving 
one line mails with 20 line disclaimers from banks, phone cos., 
credit card cos, sundry 2bitmarketroids etc etc etc etc.
My point is that customers want a lot of crap without knowing anything 
about it's usefulness. GNU/Linux vendors should do better than 
continue shoddy practices. Do educate the customer instead. 
Particularly when they are paying you $-).
