The tally alternative was suggested by the OP of this thread which is
also related to the same. The target users were intended to be retailers
and small businesses which are already using tally on windows. Will the
system suggested by you and Kenneth serve these customers or is it only
for high end corporate companies. Most retailers and traders use FA or
QFA or Tally as their accounting package. May I also suggest that the
final package should be a fully functioning package with front end gui
included so we can freely and directly download and install it in the
clients' machines and get them up and running without any tweaks or
configuration.
