First copy your /etc/wvdial.conf file to a safe place. Then edit the
master to exactly what you read below.

Now simply run this command 'sudo wvdial reliance'. See what results you
get. This is my working file. The GUI ppp has some problems as it tends
to add unnecessary extra init commands.
