Heh, nice. I will say, though, that the one major service I've every had to deal with (a screen replacement) went very well. The screen was damaged on Thursday, I called and got the RMA, dropped it off with FedEx that afternoon, and had the fixed machine back in my hands on Monday midday. It wasn't cheap ($650), but it was handled very well.
