According to the press release, or at least the swedish translation, batteries should be replaced whether they are under warranty or not. I too have the feeling the HP web page has problems, and the HP tech support guy that I talked to said he was aware of the page behaving weirdly and that I should be entitled to a replacement battery. However, these things aren't handled by the local support so he couldn't do much more than I (pfftth!).
