I have put my hard drive into an another hp nx9105 notebook.
IT does not seem to work either. (the frequence scaling).

I think the problem is software side.
The windows XP is not able to display the right core Mhz value, and I
cant verify this way.

The frequency scaling worked yesterday with the newly installed kernel.
After reboot did not worked.
