Don't get too happy.  That isn't actually true, that they have to
provide source.  The most that they can be legally compelled to do is to
stop distributing it, possibly pay damages (if you could show any), and
perhaps punitive damages if you could convince a court that they
distributed it maliciously, or something like that.
