Ok, that's better. I had it on UMA only, with 32MB of system RAM.. Now I have it on UMA + Sideport, 256MB total, and it gives about twice the performance. Still pretty bad considering what the card is capable of, but at least acceptable. $ glxgears 7740 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1547.873 FPS 7299 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1459.590 FPS $ fgl_glxgears Using GLX_SGIX_pbuffer 1099 frames in 5.0 seconds = 219.800 FPS 1270 frames in 5.0 seconds = 254.000 FPS 1247 frames in 5.0 seconds = 249.400 FPS Leo _______________________________________________ LinuxR3000 mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pcxperience.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/linuxr3000 Wiki at http://prinsig.se/weekee/
