Hi all,

Some of us own an AMD/nforce/nvidia based r3xxx laptop that suffer from
the clock running way too fast (usually 3 times too fast) at times,
usually after short power off/power on cycle.

FYI, the patch I made some time ago has been updated for the latest
kernels too, in case that might help someone else:

So far, that patch has been for me the only way of using Linux reliably
on that (undoubtedly broken) laptop, so I'm posting here in case that
helps somebody else.

Sorry for the noise,

Regards,
Olivier.
