0.9.1 is supposed to be pure bugfix release and this doesn't sound like one. If you feel like there is a need for new release with new functionality in it we can always do 0.10 before June. Releases with new functionality require release review and pmc approval so if we try to do such thing it will slow down the 0.9.1 release and make it miss the SR2 deadline.
