Is this something you're ever going to do more than once?
You probably should just stick to figuring out how to export into some
type of text format, and then importing that into MySQL. I've never
done that, so I don't know how hard that will be to figure out. You
might have to use some sort of graphical MySQL interface which allows
you to import text files into fields.
I don't know of (but haven't ever looked for) any tools that automate
this, but if you were really motivated and had free time, there are
obviously going to be some ETL Tool projects out there. Since you used
the word simple, I'm guessing that's not what you are looking for.
What have you found by searching on Google so far?
