Thanks Charles, (and everyone else who commented) worked like a charm. Even though it had an .accd extension, I just changed the extension to mdb, exported to csv, as DK mentioned, with mdbtools and imported to MySQL. Of course it's backward compatible, and the new format doesn't affect a simple table. But who cares about access, right? Unless you want to export.
