The 343 changes made by Microsoft developer K. Y. Srinivasan put him
at the top of a list of developers who made the most changes in the
current development cycle for Linux 3.0.

So this has wondering, why is it that M$ is suing all the Android
phone makers for infringement, which I assumed was over Linux, while
still contributing to the kernel? Maybe they are only suing over user
space application and not the kernel?
