I can pretty much relate to Kari's apprehension. However, I also feel not to
deprive myself of an opportunity for an upgrade simply because of a bad
experience from an unknown user, using an erstwhile unknown hardware.

Note that he did not mention the specifications of his computer. He merely
stated that he has horrible experience with it. Question is, what happened
along the way that gave him such experience? What were the specifications of
his machine?

I prefer to look and see it for myself because honestly, not all of us have
the same specifications on our machines and testimonies from obscure
persons, specially bad testimonies, I take with some grain of salt.
